Customised In-House Courses and Coaching
Using the content of the above courses as the basis, courses can be developed for specific clients and presented in-house using the Client’s own facilities. Courses can be developed around the clients own procedures and processes and be relevant to the nature of the Client’s operations. These courses can serve as valuable mediums for coaching of the Client’s staff where specific problems can be raised and discussed.
In addition to the above courses, courses on the following topics can be designed and developed for Clients and presented on an in-house basis:
Project Database Development
Databases, using appropriate software, can be developed for Clients.
Some of the areas where databases can be most useful include:
Using actual project reports, in particular project close-out reports, specific lessons learned can be identified and included in an enterprise-wide database using selected criteria, e.g. project initiation, project plan, project closure, close, team performance, etc. As projects are completed and lessons learned extracted, the database can become rich in valuable information and become an extremely valuable reference source.
Using the Client’s own documented project management procedures, processes and templates, and updated, revised or added to where necessary, databases can be developed to allow for a Client’s project management procedures to be managed, centralised and updated in a controlled manner.
